Our visits to Isla Mujeres always include a stop at our favorite restaurants.
Cafe del Mar Beach Club: Mushroom Soup with Shrimp
Light and good!
Cafe del Mar Beach Club: Sautéed Calamari
Tender, succulent, and cooked perfectly.
Cafe del Mar Beach Club: Tiramisu
All I can say – I Love Tiramisu.
Villa Rolandi: Seafood Ceviche
My favorite ceviche and the best on the island.
Villa Rolandi: Osso Bucco and Risotto
Simply mouth-watering. The meat fell off the bone and we went back another evening for one more.
Villa Rolandi: Ice Cream Cake topped with bananas and flambéed with orange brandy
Dairy Queen move aside, this ice cream cake beats all.
Cocteleria Justicia Social: Spicy Stuffed Snapper
The restaurant staff were worried about the hot spices, but not me. I amazed everyone when I devoured it all.
Sunset Grill: Grilled Octopus
One of my favorite dishes. Always tender and tasty.
Sunset Grill: Grilled Shrimp
Another favorite of mine. It’s the first meal I order when I’m in Isla Mujeres. I crave these crustaceans.
Zama Beach and Lounge: Shrimp Cocktail
A zesty cocktail packed full of shrimp and I wish avocado tasted this good in Canada.
Zama Beach and Lounge: Shrimp Tostados
A beautiful presentation – like jewels in an oyster shell.
We love to hang out at this lounge and enjoy appetizers with our margaritas.
